Strawberry Fields
6 – 7 New Steine

LimeHouse has a fantastic seafront location with breathtaking sea views

Our boutique hotel is located on a Regency garden square just off Brighton seafront. It’s only a few minutes to the beach and just a few more to the centre of Brighton.

Brighton is the most cosmopolitan, exciting, extraordinary seaside city in Britain. The city centre can easily be covered on foot without a map, more so if you just want to take in the sea breeze, or jump into the water for a swim. There are some fabulous restaurants and bars in easy walking distance.

Cultural highlights including Brighton Museum & Art Gallery, the Royal Pavilion, Brighton Dome,  and the Theatre Royal, are all less than ten minutes walk away.

Our immediate neighbourhood – Kemptown – also has an eclectic choice of delis, coffee bars and restaurants. At the end of our road is the buzzy St James Street. Walk a few more minutes east and you get to ‘Kemptown village’, on St Georges Rd. As the name suggests this area has got a lovely villagey feel with a fantastic choice of antique shops, eccentric pubs, cafes and restaurants.

See below for a map.

Follow the A23 to Brighton. Head for the seafront and take the first left at the roundabout in front of Brighton Pier. New Steine is the 9th turning on the left.

Walk out of the station towards the Clock Tower. Turn left onto North Street and head down towards the traffic lights. Continue across junction onto St James Street. New Steine is the 8th road on the right. Instead of walking you could take the No.7 Bus which stops at the top of New Steine – Devonshire Place stop. Visit for train times.

Poole Valley Coach Station is the last stop on the Brighton route and is just opposite Brighton Pier. With the Pier to your right, walk up Marine Parade. New Steine is the 9th Road on the left. Visit National Express for more information.

LimeHouse has no dedicated parking facilities and parking in Brighton at weekends can sometimes be tricky.
